Waitlist Terms
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Joining the list is free, it commits you to nothing, and you can leave whenever you want. The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail.
What signing up means
Signing up tells us you’d like to hear from us. It isn’t an order or a reservation, and it doesn’t put down a deposit or hold anything for you.
We will never charge you
The list is free now and it will stay free. We don’t collect payment details at all, so there’s nothing on file for us to charge.
What it doesn’t guarantee
Being on the list doesn’t guarantee you a device or hold you a place in a queue, because there isn’t a queue yet.
What we’ll send you
Emails only when something real happens, like a build milestone or a real test result. There’s no schedule and no newsletter to fill. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and you can use it whenever you like.
Why you can’t buy one yet
Chartreuse hasn’t been authorized by the FCC yet, so nothing is for sale, or even offered for sale, until that authorization is obtained. That’s federal law, 47 CFR §2.803. Certification is part of what we’re building right now.
